CALL TO ORDER:

 7:00 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:

Mike Koskey, Jay Roy, Randall Wellings, Mark Hirvonen, Tim Glover, Steve Turay, Frank Bailey

MINUTES (June 9, 2009):

 Accepted.

TREASURER’S REPORT:

 (n/a) Treasurer not present.

OLD BUSINESS:

     UPFAA Shoot went well.

     Work Bee went well.

     Club Shoots to be held on every-other Saturday, date TBA.

     Travis to update membership fees to reflect increase (DBEB April 15, 2009).

     Outhouse has new equipment.

NEW BUSINESS:

     Mrs. Peterson has expressed concerns about machines on club premises. An attempt will be made to inform her of any needed machine usage and the rationale.

     Interlopers discussed. Safety an issue as well as the general nuisance. Signs to be placed at points of entry. Rule sign to be constructed.

     Port-O- Potty cleaning to be scheduled before scheduled shoots, and after.

     Superiorland Traditional Bowhunters Summer Rendezvous set for August 15. Open to the public. Longbow and recurve only. Weekend or daily fee entry available.

     Nuisance bear damage to target cover to be replaced.

     NASP information discussed and possible local involvement addressed.

Next meeting set for August 4, 7:00 p.m. PWPL.
