CALL TO ORDER:

TREASURER’S REPORT: (previously sent)

            Moved to accept.

RANGE REPORT:

            N/A

OLD BUSINESS:

            Moved to appropriate additional $76.00 for new targets.

                        1-Lou 2-Jay (unanimous)

            Jay will scribe letter to Mrs. Petersen detailing highlights of year (2009) including pertinent stats.

            Negaunee Rod and Gun will accept crossbow use.

            Port-O-Potty has been removed from range. Plans are to rent them next year during peak months.

NEW BUSINESS:

            Year end Work-Bee is scheduled for Nov. 3 @ 3:16 P.M. Range will be close to shooters during that time.

            “Antlers Shoot” a success in all ways. Participants enthusiastic, ended in “black” financially.

            Clarification of club rules:

                        1) Drinking prohibited on range. Alcohol permitted in camping area only.

                        2) Pets prohibited on range. Permitted in camping area (in control).
