TREASURERS REPORT: (Previously sent)

            Motion to accept report, Mike; 2 Steve. Unanimous

RANGE REPORT:

            Lou reports that the range has been winterized.

OLD BUSINESS:

            Shed for targets pending property agreement.

            Letter to Petersons composed and read by Jay expressing gratitude for the use of land and describing how it is being utilized. To be mailed.

NEW BUSINESS:

            Liability insurance (Sadler) coverage discussed.

            Motion to purchase, Eric; 2 Lou. Unanimous

            Procedure for getting liability waivers signed discussed. A procedure stating a policy will be written for Executive Board review.

            Motion to write procedure, Lou; 2 Jon. Unanimous

            Eric presented option of additional liability insurance covering Executive Board actions/inactions. Cost is approximately $400 per year.

            Motion to purchase, Eric; 2 Mark. Accepted…Frank sole nay vote.
