Old Business:

            We will have a booth in the U.P Boat and Recreation Show, March 26-28. Sign- up for members to man the booth is available from Jay. A sign will be crafted by the board president.

            Richard P. Smith will give presentation at the annual meeting.

            Moved: Jon¹-Lou² (unanimous). DBI will offer to pay annual property taxes for the club “property.” Currently $300 will be sent to Mrs. Peterson each year until the taxes rise above that amount at which time DBI will increase its allocation accordingly.

New business:

            Jon Driver has retired from the board after many years of dedicated service. The vacancy will be opened for nominations from the floor during the annual meeting.
