Call to order: 7:00

Present:

Jay Roy, Lou Krolikowski, Mike Koskey, Steve Turay, Randall, Wellings, Frank Bailey

President Report:

Annual meeting is set for April 21 at PWPL (Community Room).  Terry McFadden from the DNRE will speak on habitat improvement for wildlife.

Treasurer Report: (on file)

No verbal report- treasure absent.

Range Captain Report:

No report-range not yet accessible.

Old Business:

Mr. Krolikowski will head road improvement project and make recommendations next meeting.

New Business:

Spring workbee slated for May 7 at 8:00.  Early date(s) TBD and forwarded electronically by Mr. Roy. 

Sue Payant will act as liaison for Mrs. Peterson. 

DBI will purchase Steinberg Sitter for $150. Vault cleaning projected at $20 per month.  

Motion to purchase Steinberg Sitter: 1) Mr. Krolikowski 2) Mr. Wellings ~ unanimous

Discussion:

·         examination  and replacement of  severely worn targets

·         shelter options for targets

·         future shoots

·         website administer,

·         website advertising

·         website content and mode

·         replacement for retiring Range Captain
