What
is the annual work bee? It is an important
club event that takes place each spring when members get
together one Saturday to clean up & picnic lunch at the
range. Start is usually around 9am till the mid afternoon,
check our event schedule for the next work bee.
What type of clean up occurs?
Trash on the range will be removed, trails cleared of brush
and the occasional down tree moved. Since 2004 tons of
garbage, old targets, bails, and countless tires have been
hauled to the dump.
Do I have to bring anything?
Bring what you can, hear are some ideas: work gloves, rakes,
snipers, pruners, saws, chainsaws, a 4 wheeler if you have
one, work cart/trailer for hauling, etc. etc. etc.
Is attendance mandatory? Any
amount of time you can give would be greatly appreciated. -
